Hi, I’m Ebonie Cosbert, Founder, CEO, and Executive Coach of Ebonie Cosbert Coaching, Co. I’m a U.S. Navy veteran, ICF-certified life coach, and leadership development strategist with over 20 years of experience helping leaders, teams, and organizations thrive.
My passion lies in transformation, helping people unlock their full potential, lead purposefully, and create meaningful impact in their workplaces and communities. I’ve been privileged to design coaching programs, lead multi-site workforce development initiatives, and build leadership pipelines that drive real, measurable change.
As a woman of faith, a servant leader, and a growth champion, I bring both heart and strategy to every engagement. Whether coaching a first-time manager or facilitating a retreat for senior executives, I meet people where they are and help them move forward with confidence, clarity, and intention.
