My approach is shaped by a diverse background, including military service, government work, and extensive education in leadership and organizational development. My efforts have been recognized with accolades such as being named one of the Top 20 Coaches in Jacksonville, FL, in 2021.

I hold several professional designations, including ICF Associate Certified Coach and Maxwell Leadership Certified Leadership Development Coach. Academically, I've earned degrees from The University of Texas at Dallas and Liberty University.
