Ebonie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and two Master’s Degrees in Leadership and Organizational Development. She is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach and Speaker, trained by world-renowned leadership expert John C. Maxwell. Today, Ebonie partners with mid-level managers and executives who feel stuck, overlooked, or underleveraged, helping them elevate their executive presence, communicate with clarity, and lead with confidence.
When Ebonie is not coaching or training, she loves a great cup of coffee, Sunday afternoon naps, and true crime murder mystery shows. She is energized through her quiet times of reading and studying but enjoys spending time with her family and close friends.
